An easy and friendly for novices, yet full of historical interest, mystery, including some amazing sections of the Greek coastline and beaches, sea kayak adventure.

Seven days (including the meeting and briefing day) full of outstanding sea-kayaking experiences in a relaxed and exploratory pace and mood, having in the background one of the most fascinating sceneries of Greece!

Planned for individuals that might have never been out with a kayak before, this sea kayaking trip is probably the easiest and most beginner friendly multi-day journey we provide.

No previous experience is a prerequisite. Our experienced team and Greece’s beautiful coastline will stand by you during this 6-day sea kayaking adventure.

All welcome!

During this 7-day sea kayaking trip we either wild camp or use beautiful apartments according to our planning (3 nights wild camping / 3 nights’ accommodation including the meeting/ arrival and the last days).

When wild camping, we cook for our dinner and when the accommodation is arranged, we enjoy Greek cuisine among the plethora of the local tavernas we find at each place we visit!

  • Meeting day:

We meet at the apartments in Porto Germeno, a beautiful seaside village, where our first night’s accommodation is arranged (details are sent following your booking confirmation). We set our meeting for early evening in order to have time to get to know each other within the group and discuss, prepare, plan and brief our sea kayaking trip for the following days!

  • Day 1: Porto Germeno-Alepochori village (paddling distance approximately 9 Nm):

In the morning, we pack and load our kayaks and we launch from the scenic Porto Germeno bay to follow the beautiful south coastline of the cove. We enjoy our sea kayaking holiday with lots of swimming and sun and our lunch on beautiful secluded beaches on the way. Early in the evening, our sea kayaking day finishes at Alepochori village where we settle in our apartments for the night. Local tavernas serve delicious sea food and many more for our dinner.

  • Day 2: Alepochori Village-Alkyona (paddling distance app. 9 Nm):

We launch from Alepochori village and we paddle along the coastline heading west. The coast is full of pine trees and beautiful slopes. We reach Schinos village and we enjoy our relaxing breaks and lunch on one of the beautiful nearby beaches. Later, we head and paddle a bit further west towards Alkyona where we prepare our dinner and wild camp for the night.

  • Day 3: Alkyona-Alkyonides isles (paddling distance app. 8 Nm):

This sea kayaking day is the ideal moment to explore the remote isles in the north – a great opportunity to explore Greece’s hidden beauties. We cross to the isles and paddle around each one of them, exploring their coastline. We enjoy our holiday time in Greece by swimming, enjoying the sun and having lunch on one of the beaches. Later on, we wild camp overnight on a quiet isle – a truly rare experience.

  • Day 4: Alkyonides isles-Milokopi (paddling distance app. 8 Nm):

We launch from Alkyonides and head back to the mainland’s coastline. At this part of our sea kayaking tour, we meet rock gardens and secluded beaches that provide great opportunities for fun! We reach the stunning Milokopi bay in the evening, where we set our tents, prepare our dinner and camp for the night.

  • Day 5: Milokopi-Vouliagmeni Lake (paddling distance app. 8 Nm):

In the morning and after we enjoy a swim in the beautiful waters of Milokopi, we set off exploring the rocky, remote coastline to the lighthouse of Hereon temple. The beauty of Greece is revealed to us: a perfectly combined ancient monument and a scenic little beach are waiting for us at a short distance after the lighthouse. The place has a rich historical background and we have the option to go for a hike and enjoy some beautiful views of the area. We continue, entering the narrows that connect the picturesque Vouliagmeni Lake with the sea and we opt for accommodation in beautiful apartments for our overnight. Local sea food is superb!

  • Day 6: Vouliagmeni Lake-Loutraki (paddling distance app. 8 Nm):

Leaving the tranquil lake in the morning, we head out through the narrows and follow the coastline towards Loutraki. Our trip is about to come to an end, and we enjoy some swimming at a beautiful pebble beach on the way. We reach Loutraki town later in the day and after we pack and settle in our apartments, we meet at a chosen local taverna so that we can taste some great Greek food once again!
